Kitchen Redesign & Installation: "A great kitchen done right!"
We had been thinking about getting a new kitchen for quite a while but were really unsure where to start. We had always known about Decorland and had been recommended them by friends so we decided to pop by one Saturday. We were greeted by Laura who showed us around the showroom and gave us some ideas. She asked us if we would like someone to come round and measure our kitchen assuring us it would be free of charge and no obligation. We arranged for Mandy, Laura's mum to come round the following week.
Mandy visited our home and sat down with us so we could tell her what ideas we had and what we had on our wish list. She was very helpful and gave us some great ideas so we made another appointment to visit the showroom to look at the designs she came up with and pick everything for our dream kitchen.
Sitting down with Mandy in the showroom was really a great experience. We didn't feel pressured at any point and it was good being able to bounce ideas around as we were looking at all the different options. We finally settled on a design and were very happy with everything we had chosen so we booked our new kitchen for 4 weeks' time. Removal day was a Monday where we met Robert, Mandy's Husband along with Alan and Wallace the joiners. They got stuck right in and our old kitchen was removed by lunch time! The installation began the same day. We met Sean & Lewis the electricians and we met billy the plasterer that night.
By day 3 the kitchen was almost completed! We couldn't believe how fast the team worked. By the time Friday came our kitchen was complete from floor to ceiling we could not believe it! Overall we genuinely couldn't [have] asked for a better experience. We already have and will continue to recommend Decorland to all our friends, family & anyone else out there looking to have a great kitchen done right!"
