Caitlin & David's Open-Plan Transformation

Caitlin and David came to us to find out whether it would be possible to remove the wall between their kitchen and living room.

They wanted to create that new-home feeling, with a brighter and more modern open-plan space where the kitchen and living areas could become the heart of the home. After assessing the property, we were able to confirm that their plans were possible. 

Our team removed the dividing wall and completed the renovation before installing their new kitchen. Caitlin was incredibly excited about the transformation and absolutely loved the finished result. Kitchen finishes included Matfen Cashmere Oak Doors and a cracked marble plaster worktop. The new open-plan layout has completely changed both the appearance and how we can use the space.
